Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], including:

  • A brief description of the damage

Once reviewed, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue when applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vintage Vault & Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
