2. Product Descriptions & Condition

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our items, including condition, measurements, materials, and any notable imperfections.

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, signs of age, wear, or patina are to be expected and celebrated as part of their character. All items are sold “as is.”

If you have questions about an item’s condition, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing or correct any errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please carefully review all product details and images before completing your purchase. If you are unsure, please reach out — we are happy to assist.

5. Shipping

We carefully package each item to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Vintage Vault & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Vintage Vault & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
